In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical content,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical content,Provide support to the marketing team in the creation of technical content for promotional materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
