📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs for contractors, ensuring adherence to regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of contractor activities to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities, providing regular updates to management.
• Provide training and guidance to contractors on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of compliance initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards, and ensure timely updates to compliance programs.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote compliance best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field, with a strong focus on contractor compliance.
• Proficient in using compliance management software, such as SAP GRC Access, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of mining regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in compliance or regulatory affairs is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
