📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
  • Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
  • Verify the accuracy of financial data and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Support the Head Bookkeeper in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update financial records in the company's accounting system.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
