📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
