Toko Elektronik Citra Coffee is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. If you are passionate about people and have a proven track record in HR, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Oversee employee training and development programs,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations,Manage payroll and benefits administration,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Proven experience in managing a team and handling confidential information,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
