📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit plans.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with HR software and tools is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
