📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are adequate.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Support the sales team in preparing reports and presentations.,Assist in organizing and participating in retail events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
