📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and professional manner.,Manage and coordinate the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling patient inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.,Handle billing and payment processing, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.,Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.,Assist in maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with clinic policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and scheduling programs.,Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of English and Indonesian languages.
