📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures.,Assist in the organization and management of the nursing unit, including inventory and supplies.,Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is required.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
