Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to drive efficiency and productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
