📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.,Manage staff performance, conduct training sessions, and provide constructive feedback.,Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve restaurant performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
