📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.,Assist in the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against budgeted amounts.,Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
