In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.,Assist in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.
