📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.,Assist in employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning.,Update and maintain HR documentation and reports.,Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
