📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic partnerships.,Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.,Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.,Report on business development activities and performance to senior management.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the property industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of the local property market and customer needs.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
