Pusat Putri Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Head to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our café. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Manage customer relations and resolve any issues that may arise.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked café.,Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor financial performance and report to the management team.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational excellence.,Strong understanding of coffee production and brewing methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
