Hokian Hendra Sate is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we hire the best talent.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.,Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace satisfaction.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
