📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for our growing team.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
3. Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
4. Facilitate training and development programs for employees.
5. Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
6. Assist with the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in HR or GA roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in using HRIS and office software.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
