📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial statements, records, and documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.,Identifying risks and areas for improvement in the company's operations and suggesting corrective actions.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with department heads to address audit findings and implement corrective measures.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and labor regulations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with internal control frameworks and risk management principles.
