Cafe Tono Bakso is a well-established bakery and café located in the heart of Batang, Central Java. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our business, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on financial procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools and techniques.
