📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and coordinate a team of data entry operators to ensure timely and accurate data processing.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and protocols to maintain data integrity and consistency.,Monitor data quality and accuracy, and take corrective actions as needed.,Train and mentor team members on data entry best practices and software tools.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data requirements are met and data is used effectively.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software as needed.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and data management roles.,Proven experience in supervising and leading a team of data entry operators.,Strong knowledge of data entry software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized data entry software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations is a plus.
