As the Lead Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests and visitors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest services, and reservations.,Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is positive.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and manage guest communications.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the front desk area and reception facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of hotel or hospitality operations and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Indonesian).,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with guest relationship management systems (GRMS) is a plus.
