Salon Rama Coffee is seeking a Lead Tutor to join our team. As a Lead Tutor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to our employees. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching our tutors to ensure they are delivering the best possible training experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to our employees,Mentor and coach our tutors to ensure they are delivering the best possible training experience,Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure our training programs are aligned with our business goals,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices
