📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including room allocation and billing.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional responses.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is always presentable.,Manage the front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Keep accurate records of guest information and transactions.,Assist in maintaining a positive and professional image of the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
