📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the sales process, including product demonstrations and customer presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Help in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Ensure all sales activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the manager.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passionate about coffee and the coffee industry.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
