Cafe Dewi Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for creating a positive customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the cafe is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth.,Ensure that customer feedback is collected and used to improve the overall customer experience.,Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a consistent supply of quality ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior operations management role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in managing budgets and financial planning.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
