Bintang Cendana Pratama is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Yogyakarta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
