🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or related financial services roles
• Strong understanding of collections processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in collections or financial services is a plus
