🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing events.
• Strong understanding of event management software like Eventbrite and Cvent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
