📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute comprehensive audit programs, including financial statement audits, compliance audits, and operational audits.
• Analyze financial data, identify risks, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Lead audit teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of audit engagements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
• Ensure compliance with international standards, including GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations.
• Prepare and present audit reports, including management letters and working papers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in audit.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in external audit, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using audit software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
