You will leverage your expertise in market research, sales, and business development to help us expand our reach and impact in the global children's book market. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the children's book industry.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and innovation.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with publishers, educators, and cultural organizations.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our books and reach new audiences.
• Manage sales and distribution channels to ensure the successful launch and distribution of our titles.
• Collaborate with our team to develop new products and initiatives that align with our mission and values.
• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with key stakeholders and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the publishing or education industry.
• Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the children's book market and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
