📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and draft detailed MEP drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during the construction and maintenance phases.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals and reports.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to address project challenges and issues.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies.
• Maintain and update project schedules and track progress using Primavera or similar tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with a focus on construction and maintenance projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera, with experience in creating detailed technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and 3D modeling is a plus.
