Experienced Storekeeper (Forklift Certified) - Logistics Support in Bali

In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that our shopfloor has everything it needs to operate efficiently. You'll work closely with our production team, forklift operators, and other stakeholders to keep our operations running smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods using forklifts, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent shortages.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure materials are available when required.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including forklift operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Certified Forklift Operator (Forklift Safety Supervisor or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, such as SAP.
• Experience with warehouse management software, such as WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
